Quality products that I have been using for the last 3 years . Overlander bag , bar bag and Mototent.
Recently had a issue with the tent which has had lots of trips in very windy weather and rain.
The support of customer service was brilliant and they have gone above and beyond to sort me out.
In less than a week I have a replacement part of the tent.
I could not fault the quality of the tent as it withstood a very windy night and was still standing in the morning.
I now look forward to many more camping adventures
Ordered a luggage rack. Took 2 1/2 months to get. In the meantime I went a different route. No emails, no nothing. Went to return it. Asked for a prepaid sticker. Was informed they don't do that. Lovely customer service.
