I cancelled my services on 7 February 2025, I have reference numbers from your support team that never contacted me regarding the cancellation, yet the company persists in trying to deduct money from my bank account costing me bank charges. This is the most disgusting service I have ever received!!!

Terrible service, paying for something you don’t get!

EVERYDAY from 4 pm - 8 pm, the internet goes to ****! One cannot even work. This has been going on for months.And then when you try to contact customer service, you end up speak to a bot online and are informed you’ll be contact but nothing!
