I ordered a necklace inspired by Egyptian mythology. The image on the website does not match the actual quality of what I received. The product fell short of expectations, especially given the price. It seems like it was sourced from a low-end market.
The product description and shipping time were misleading! Using addresses from Chicago and NY as representative of the entire country is deceptive! I will be reporting this situation to the appropriate authorities, and this service will be under scrutiny... don't waste your time and money.
I placed an order and later realized that the shipping address had been incorrectly added. I panicked and contacted the customer service team, and they responded the same day with a solution to the issue! I received my package and I'm very pleased with the earrings! Although I was initially worried about their size since it was hard to gauge from the photos, once I saw them in person, I decided to order another one of the same model!
I am extremely dissatisfied with my order. The earrings I received seem to be of low quality — they lack visible hallmarks, do not appear to be genuine sterling silver, and arrived without any proper certificate of authenticity or even a basic product description. The packaging was also very poor.
The support team has been unhelpful, and returning the item means I have to cover the shipping cost myself, with no clear information about the refund process.
From my experience, I would strongly recommend others to be cautious when purchasing from this seller.
I have not even made a purchase yet. And I am not impressed. I started a chat to ask some questions to clarify information, not provided on the website about a three millimeter byzantine square chain. There was no spec on the weight of the chain, and I wanted to know if the jump rings were welded. For those that don't know, the jump rings are what attach the clasp to the chain. You would expect someone in the business to know what that is. This person did not. And never answered the question. In the interest of fairness and disclosure. They did contact me. And told me that they would be updating their website to reflect the necessary information that a consumer expects to see when making a purchase. Such as gram weight, whether the product is solid sterling silver or not, and a basic, more accurate description of the product. Going forward.I hope that they will endeavor to train their customer service associates more fully, as to not set them up for failure. At which time this has been completed? I requested them to send me an email reflecting the changes and I would remove my negative review.
