Took my son for his birthday, he hyped it up and sadly it was disappointing. The coleslaw was tart, the chicken was soggy. Just not what I was excepting. My son was even disappointed which made it worse. Spent 70 dollars for a family of 4 not worth the funds to be disappointed
Our initial visit to the local establishment turned out to be our last. After driving an hour home, we discovered that two meals were missing from our order. When we reached out, the manager declined to check the order, stating it would take too long. The only solutions offered were to either return or contact the corporate office, despite the error being on their part. We ended up paying for food we never received and received no customer support. The drive, the anticipation, and the frustration were simply not worth it.
At the location in Idaho, our first visit turned out to be our last. We drove an hour home only to find two meals missing from our order. When we called, the manager wouldn’t check the order because it would take too long. His only options were to return or contact corporate, despite the error being theirs. We paid for food we didn’t get and received no support. Not worth the trip or the hassle.
The location in Minnesota rarely meets expectations. The chicken pieces are often inadequately coated, sometimes just one side. The fries are frequently cold, and we've even received nearly frozen bread. The sauce is tasty but they provide so little that you’re forced to pay extra for more.
How is this place only at 2.1 stars right now? It shows how many like to complain online. This place has been great for a long time, with consistent quality across locations. No matter where I go, it tastes the same, which is exactly what I want. Keep up the good work and ignore the negativity!
It used to be enjoyable. However, the last two visits had undercooked fries and small chicken strips. It's just not worth the price anymore. Today, the staff member at the counter kept touching her face before handling the food. Thankfully, a different person gave me my order. This was at a location in California.
