This company refuses to cancel orders even if they haven’t been processed or shipped. I tried to cancel an order ten minutes after placing it due to mistakenly ordering the wrong item. I think that is a rigid and ridiculous policy. The worst part is they have a section on their website where you can request to cancel the order by texting a number, only for them to send you a text saying they can’t. What a pointless feature and process. I’m hesitant to order from them in the future.

i would not even rate one star if possible The website showed a free gift with my purchase I checked the cart multiple times to verify the free gift remained As soon as i paid the free gift was removed and no customer service was available Only AI messages which said the order cannot be canceled This is the very worst form of scam marketing and i will be calling my credit card to dispute the charges and I will report to Better Business Bureau
Awful awful customer service and incredibly slow shipping to the point of ridiculous. We ordered a product on Thanksgiving and still the company hasn’t shipped it ( Dec 14th). We emailed them about the issue and they just told us it can take 2 weeks to ship. I’m very confused why they claim this when it says order on purchase information claims 4-5 business days to receive items. Won’t be buying again.
Such a great product. Expensive. But I have purchased from them for a good amount of time now because it's worth it. Unfortunately, I needed some help with an error on my part (definitely take responsibility for missing auto-correct of an old address). Their customer service proved to be dismal in responding though. Sent an email immediately after my error with the question, "Is there anything that can be done?" Just looking for a simple yes or no. Some guidance would've been great.Several days go by of me following up with several emails and also using their "modern", "hip" texting service that has auto-replies. No response still. Finally figured I can reach out on instagram as my last resort. Lo and behold! 5 days later I get a response from Maria telling me "There's nothing that can be done and it's too late to cancel now." HAHAHA, awesome. Thanks for finally getting back to me with a template you have saying "sorry, not sorry", Maria. I'm gonna head back over to the hair products I had before.
Bait and switch. They discontinued my favorite shampoo. Brought it back as a one time promotion. I ordered and paid for it. Then 3 days later a get a note saying its actually out of stock and to order something else. A quick search of the reviews on their own website shows people hate the new one and miss the old one. But they are trying to trick users into the new one. Shameful.
