Absolutely the WORST ticket broker in the entire country. They charge you but don't deliver and then try bait and switch with inferior tickets. Their customer service is offshore in Venezuela or some other God awful country. After they Don't deliver they tell you your refund will take 5-7 business days when they never had the tickets to sell in the first place.

Ticket purchase was uneventful, but I was emailed a broken link to download my tickets. The chat bot and customer service were frustrating and disconnected without answering my question. Not a good first experience. I’ll stick to more established platforms in the future.Update: They did email my ticket separately, so I was able to get into the event.
Sold me tickets to an event for same day to discover it has been postponed. Did not refund me, knowing they sold tickets for a certain date that they knew was not happening on that day that they sold for. Customer service refused to take accountability and refund me. I won't even be in the city or country during the postponed date. Seems very deceptive.
If I could give a negative Star I would. This is a ticket broker. i was not made aware of this when I purchsed tickets "without seat numbers." I tried to cancel my order right away and they said to pound sand, that the order had to be paid. They said I could even sell the tickets online. Now how can I do that without having the tickets? They don't even give you the tickets, which you own, until the day before an event. Get your tickets somewhere else. This company is a nightmare.
Ouch. I was overcharged for tickets ($20K for a large block what I thought were "best" tickets for the Eagles at the Sphere.) But quickly found much cheaper tickets. Despite the fact that I never accepted the tickets on Ticketmaster and tried to cancel, they stonewalled me and are forcing me to pay. Really sucks. Disputing with my CC company.
I tried to but tickets to the WI Badgers vs Miami of Ohio football game. Their website kept showing "processing" and never showed a completed transaction. Then their website said that "tickets no longer available". I then bought the tickets from another website without any problems. I never thought to look to an email because their website never completed the transaction. I was charged for these tickets. I tried disputing with both my credit card and RateYourSeats, they refuse to refund me.
I’m going to try to keep this as simple as possible. 1.) This is a poorly planned business model because it is extremely easy for customers to get scammed and there is ultimately no accountability in the system. Mark my words, purchase at your own risk. There will be no verified ticket sales & no verification that you will actually receive your tickets (which could be day of)2.) Customer Service is poor and it lacks quality. 3.) Overall, you can’t trust the company as a whole because you are dealing with the middle man.
Terrible experience. Bought tickets in advance, they were not instantly available as advertised. An hour before the game, I still hadn't received them, reached out to support who claimed to fix it, still did not receive the tickets, and didn't end up receiving the tickets until after the 2nd inning had finished.
I wish I could give them Zero stars. I bought 4 tickets to the University of Florida USF game and fully expected the tickets to be delivered by phone (electronically) as soon as I completed my purchase. This is not the case. I’ve called customer service 3 times now and they tell me every time that my tickets will be delivered on September 5th, 2025. The game is September 6, 2025 and Gainesville Florida is over 8 hours away. I don’t want to drive 8 hours, rent an Airbnb or a hotel room for the weekend and then have them tell me that I won’t be receiving my tickets. I asked about the seller and asked them to contact the seller and ask them to go ahead and send me the information tickets since a mobile transfer should literally take 2 minutes tops. I’ve been told every time that they don’t know who the seller is and can’t get in touch with them to relay my message. This has told me a couple of things. One, they’re letting anyone who says they have tickets sale them through their website regardless of whether they have tickets or not. Two, the don’t have a verification system to make sure the scammers aren’t selling tickets on their website and third and finally they do don’t care at all about their customers who pay them good money for tickets. I graduated from UF in 2009 and even back then when you had hard copy tickets you still got them faster than the process this website has 16 years later. I was told by a representative that the seller would send them at the very latest the day of. Thats not acceptable for me or any other people apparently that have used this website. I bought tickets from Ticketmaster for the Tour Championship this weekend and had the tickets in my Apple wallet in less than 2 minutes. I would actually just like to have my money back and take my business somewhere else before it’s too late. Whoever the seller in this transaction is clearly doesn’t have my tickets or they’re selling them to multiple people, then come game day rateyourseats.com will just tell me I’m crap out of luck. Given the total overall price of the tickets and the total overall cost of what the Airbnb or hotel will be I’m thinking about hiring a lawyer and getting out of this situation as quickly as possible so I don’t take a huge loss and still get my kiddos down to The Swamp. The representatives for this company won’t tell me anything but I’d imagine the tone and knowledge would change when they recieve a different kind of phone call. I paid for a service, was lead to believe that my tickets would be mobile transfered once purchase was complete and this is totally false. Stay away from this website, with this review and the reviews saying that some people just totally lose their money this should be enough for you to stay away. Horrible customer service, mystery sellers, and no guarantee you’ll even get what you paid for. 0 out of 10 if I could do negative I’d say -10 out of 10. This website is horrible and they know what they’re doing is wrong. I see your response and that’s weird because the representative told me they have no idea who the seller is and can’t contact them in any way whatsoever. I feel that’s dishonest. Asking to receive my tickets in a timely manner after I pay for them isn’t a big ask. It’s a reasonable request and your website doesn’t accommodate that simple request. I don’t care who the seller is or want their info, you guys should have it and should be able to reach out and let them know the tickets need to be transferred. For me to have to wait one day before the game not knowing if I’ll get tickets or my money back is a huge risk. I would have made the trip for absolutely nothing with a pregnant wife and two kids.I don’t understand the logic here or the delay. You buy tickets, they transfer electronically to your phone and you’re done. So your response is absolute garbage. What if I said, send me the tickets and the day before the game I’ll pay you for them? That wouldn’t work would it? Take a hard look at your reviews and your rating. This is the reason why it’s as low as it is. Some people never get their tickets or their money, but I can assure you if I travel to Gainesville Florida and end up with no tickets and no refund this trip will end up being very expensive for you guys. I don’t play about my money and I’ve tried to do it the respectful way and the best way I could but you’re just not taking any action at all and that’s sad!
