What can I say?! Absolutely outstanding service from the minute I placed my order to the finished product being delivered to my caravan in a remote village in West Wales and assembled expertly and promptly.
The product itself (I ordered the cube set) was of very high quality and was exceptionally good value for money. The parasol is sturdy and withstands the strong coastal winds we experience there! The set is very comfortable and the footstools are a good addition but ca also be used as additional seating.
A special shout out goes to Paul Brightman,whose professionalism and exceptional customer care knows no bounds. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and all email enquiries were dealt with promptly and thoroughly, leaving no stone unturned. He clearly cares a lot about his business but more so about the customer, which is a rarity these days.
Don't bother looking anywhere else, as this is as outstanding as it gets!!!!

Ordered a nice fire pit dining table, the quality of the rattan was the best I'd seen, I visited the shop twice to be sure what I wanted and the customer service from the shop was great, delivery was a breeze and I had great communication from the warehouse team, I was given a delivery day and assured I'd get a call 30 minutes to a hour before which I did, highly recommend this garden furniture, the fire pit when lit is amazing even in the winter evenings, will definitely be ordering some more items for the summer, thanks for a great service
