Myself, along with 6,000 other owners are currently in the process of trying to "exit" the contract. So many lies were told during the presentation. They say you can get paid for giving up your contracted week - ha - turns out they pay you in...POINTS. 18 points. You need 52+ points to fully pay off a vacation. You cannot exit the contract unless you have paid your unit off in full, have your account in positive standing and pay an additional $2200 to exit the contract. What a nightmare. They rush you in signing the papers and there's so much paperwork , in hindsight I can see where they rushed me past the exit criteria. They tell you have 1 5 days to cancel. Its so much cheaper to just book flights or hotels with your own funds. It doesnt make sense to pay $177 a month for biannual use of a unit. The flight offerings are like 10x more expensive than just going to a regular website. If you want to book a vacation for the $379 for 7 days...you have to plan it out a year in advance. I remember asking if I could use that special at any time. She kept saying yes...well, 6 months later i call to schedule multiple vacations. You can use it..1 year out...and that promo only 1x a year. You also have to pay a yearly $250 maintenance fee annnnnd pay a yearly renewal fee in order to book your vacation. Needless to say not worth it. Charming, conniving snakes salesforce.

Realizamos un crucero de 3 días en un barco impresionante. El barco en sí es asombroso. Sin embargo, la forma en que cobran por servicios y excursiones es preocupante. Compramos un paquete de bebidas antes de zarpar, pero cada bebida tenía un recargo, lo que hace que el paquete sea un timo si planeas consumir varias al día. Además, pagamos más por una excursión que lo que se anunciaba. También compramos joyería en una tienda a bordo y nos enteramos de que nos cobraron de más. La empresa está aprovechándose de los pasajeros a bordo.
¡UN GRUPO DE LADRONES! Compré tres condominios de intercambio y tuve que cancelar uno. ¡Mantuvo mi tarifa de intercambio! Esto debería ser ilegal. Imaginen cuánto dinero gratis hacen con las cancelaciones. Es una compañía terrible por hacer esto a sus clientes.
Reservé un crucero con la compañía y recibí un excelente servicio. Mi agente de viajes se aseguró de que tuviéramos cabinas bien ubicadas y fue muy dedicada en aplicar todos los créditos a bordo. Tenía una excelente actitud y un gran conocimiento sobre cruceros. ¡He encontrado a mi nuevo agente de viajes!
Reservé unas vacaciones a través de RCI en el Hotel Skiathos Blu y quedé extremadamente decepcionado con la calidad del alojamiento. El baño estaba sucio y la cocina estaba mal equipada. Mientras que la sección de otro operador del hotel estaba bien mantenida, las habitaciones de RCI eran notablemente inferiores. Además, no había cobertura de WiFi en las habitaciones de RCI. No puedo creer que RCI considere esto aceptable.
