Awful experience, significant scam without our fault. I reserved a night bus from Nairobi to Kampala, but the tickets were never provided. The support team was unhelpful, claiming they retain 50 percent of the booking fee for cancellations, even though the tickets were never received! Stay away.

Extremely frustrating experience from beginning to end.

Our experience with the service was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. We purchased boat tickets for a trip and received a receipt but never got valid ticket confirmation. When we arrived at the dock early for our scheduled departure, the operator informed us that they do not collaborate with the service, and the tickets we bought were not accepted. We immediately reached out to the support team and were repeatedly told that the tickets had been sent, even though they were missing from all our email inboxes, including spam. Only after persistent follow-ups did they resend attachments they claimed had already been delivered. Despite this, the tickets remained unusable. The company refused to issue a refund, even though the service we paid for was not provided. We had no choice but to dispute the charge with our credit card provider. After reviewing the evidence, the credit card issuer granted a refund because the service failed to prove that valid, usable tickets were delivered or that the service was fulfilled. This situation caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and disrupted our travel plans. Travelers should be very cautious and consider booking directly with local operators instead of relying on this third-party service.

I have a suggestion to share. I mistakenly entered my email address incorrectly. It might be helpful to require users to input their email address twice to prevent such errors. After a few emails, the issue was resolved in a friendly manner.

Avoid this service at all costs

The driver refused to drop us off at our accommodation, which was only a 15-minute walk away, after a long 4-hour journey. He initially claimed the road was too narrow, but we saw other vehicles pass by. Then he demanded extra payment to take us there, despite our ticket clearly stating it was a door-to-door service with no additional fees. He exited the vehicle, locked us inside, and refused to drive for half an hour. This could have been a frightening situation for a solo traveler, but fortunately, there were two other couples with us. Additionally, he made several random stops for other passengers and packages, extending our travel time from 3.5 to over 4.5 hours. I strongly advise against using this service.

Terrible experience with the service in Colombia

We arranged transportation through the service in Colombia and paid $200 for a trip from one city to another, but the driver never showed up. After waiting an hour, we reached out to the company, but they offered no assistance. Now, they refuse to refund us, claiming we should have taken a selfie to prove our wait. It feels unjust that we are being made to seem at fault when the company made a significant error! It's disappointing that they are unwilling to rectify the situation; most businesses would strive to make amends for their mistakes! Truly disheartening!

Extremely Disappointing Transfer Experience

I arranged a transfer from one location to another through a service, and the experience was highly unsatisfactory. Upon arrival at the bus, I was informed that the ticket I had purchased online came from a fraudulent site. Later, a representative handed me a different ticket at the station, revealing that the service simply purchases legitimate tickets locally and sells them online at a significantly marked-up price. This situation caused considerable stress, and for a moment, I genuinely feared I wouldn’t be permitted to board. Instead of the 6,700 colones stated on the official ticket, I ended up paying 36 USD through the service. Additionally, the transfer was an hour late, which only increased my frustration. Overall, the entire process was confusing, overpriced, and very stressful. I would not consider using this service again.

Disappointing Experience from Chiquila to Cancun

Disappointing experience from Chiquila to Cancun. I didn't receive any map or photo indicating where to board my bus. I waited at the designated area for public and private shuttles, but ended up searching for my own bus since I didn’t recognize the name. Thankfully, I had a contact number from the shuttle staff, which helped me find the correct location, though it was different from where I initially waited. The shuttle driver didn’t have a sign and didn’t check for other passengers who might have been in the wrong spot. I requested him to wait for me because missing the shuttle can cost $200, as I experienced on my arrival due to a flight delay. Unfortunately, he showed no concern and left without waiting. He even picked up random locals in the empty seats and charged them cash for short rides. Overall, the driver was unhelpful, and the shuttle was old, driving quickly on wet and sandy roads. I would suggest opting for larger tourist buses instead. While the support team was friendly, I would have appreciated a visual guide or map for the bus stop.
