Spoke to Ed (Edmund Aldous) today to make some adjustments to my finance. He was polite, professional, and friendly, and sorted out my query quickly. In fact, the whole phone call only took just over 6 minutes, meaning I could get on with my day!

Called at 8am in the morning spoke Cheryl Austin, 10/10 sorted my query out, gave me advice and had me on my way. Great tone and communication doesn’t just feel like a miserable worker on her last shift feels like someone who wants to help the customer and work for the company. Will renew with RCIB as communication is so easy and helpful compared to what I had before.
