I received no clear response from the seller. I attempted to check the status of my order through their customer support, but when I entered my order details, it indicated that my order number is invalid. I placed my order on January 13, 2026, and I'm still waiting for an update via call, SMS, or email.
This has been the best investment I've made since dealing with runner's knee. After taking a week off, I was eager to return to running, and these compression sleeves helped me achieve that. 2026 is starting off wonderfully.
Order was placed and delivered within the expected time frame, but there is a significant issue. The courier left the package behind a wheelie bin and provided a photo as proof of delivery, which the company accepted. This is disappointing, as the package should have fit through the letterbox, and the photo does not accurately represent a proper delivery. I have requested a refund and am currently awaiting a response, which is frustrating given the company's stated 24-hour response time. I hope they can address this matter quickly and turn this into a more positive experience.
I have tried several kind of sleeves and bandages for 2 months I finally found these ones and I had problem to even jog slowly without pain. Thanks to these sleeves I could jog directly without any issues and pain!! Thank you so much!
My issues with reabtec started almost immediately after i placed my order, i bought the knee sleeves, elbow sleeves and ankle supports totalling £98 2 days later they were on a better offer for £93 so rightfully asked for the difference back or to place another order and send first order back as i hadn’t yet received them. I was told i was wrong and no mention of refund.I then had to wait 2 weeks for them to arrive and when they did i couldn’t believe the poor quality of the items, its just stuff they order in from china and don’t even bother changing the packaging they just stick labels over the original Chinese labels. I immediately went on temu to find the exact same ankle supports for 77p delivered. All the products are unbranded with no showing that reabtec have made them.I asked for a refund due to the quality and was urged to try the products out before sending them back, i then responded asking if i would be able to return them if they had been used,Well guess what i used them and the knee sleeves rolled down and the ankle supports ripped as i peeled the velcro apart(elbows sleeves are decent but not worth the money)Anyway i asked to return them and was told ‘as they’ve been used i can’t return them’ and i would be issued a partial refund, I’ve told them its not acceptable but now im being ignored. This company is borderline a scam with a decent social media presence. The items are poor quality and just imported from china and made out to look like they are made by reabtec. There are no patents or copyrights so better off buying directly from temu or ali express for maximum £10 Their team responds with very generic responses and deny that the products are unbranded or poor quality. Im sure we’ll get a response from eduardo denying any responsibility and trying to justify their actions but its just not acceptable.Also it states on the website 30 day trial but clearly not! AVOID

Been suffering with knee pain for a while, and recently getting a twinge with the opposite hamstring so these seemed worth a try.
