Amazing service, I ordered a whisky tasting gift set via amazon and the box was damaged. I phoned the company and they pulled out all the stops to ensure I got a replacement in good time and sent me 2 complimentary bottles too. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and helpful.
The bourbon options are great, but the packaging is not stellar. The internal holders all broke apart in shipping so all the drams were skewed about in the box - luckily none of them broke! Also, the QR codes have no information whatsoever. Was really looking forward to this advent calendar but would not order again.
My husband is so thrilled with the Advent calendar of single malts. He has yet to have a disappointing glass. Has new favorites. It was indeed a perfect gift for a scotch enthusiast. Thanks for the fast overseas delivery! We shall meet again.
