BEWARE! They have underhanded business practices.
Here's what happened: they offered a free VIP service (something un-asked for upon purchasing) as a part of a bundle. They do not make it clear that this FREE option automatically signs you up for a HIDDEN VIP monthly service where they charge you about $40 a pop, AND YOU RECEIVE NOTHING AT ALL.
They refuse to even talk to me about this through numerous emails.
AVOID BUYING, THEY WILL SCAM YOU INTO A HIDDEN MONTHLY SERVICE.
I get balayage done every 10 weeks and it used to start looking brassy within 2 weeks my stylist told me hard water and chlorine strip color fast and suggested a shower filter got one and my color holds so much longer now like noticeably im saving money on toner appointments alone should have done this year ago honestly.
My boyfriend didn’t believe shower filters do anything. Then he used mine once and literally asked why the water felt creamier. Now he steals my shower every morning so I’ll probably need a second one just to keep the peace.
Your shower heads are crap _ They are made of Cheap Plastic. We have two that were Christmas gifts _ Today one broke just trying to adjust the angle.

Im 47 and for the last 3 years ive watched my hair thin out to where i could see my scalp through my part i spent thousands trying to fix it . Nutrafol at $88/month salon treatments,Olaplex,k18 volumizing everything went to dermatologist who bassically shrugged and said its hormones.
Not ONE person ever mentioned my shoer water could be a factor.
bought the shower Envy as a resort within 2 3 weeks there was noticeably les hair in the drain by month 2 my hair felt thicker and had more body my stylist who has done my hair for 8 years said it looks like its coming back in some areas.
Im not saying this cured my hair loss i know hormones play a role at my age but iam 100% convinced the chlorine and hard water was making it so much worse and all those expensive products were being undone every morning.Makes me angry honestly.
This should be the first thing women try when their hair start changing Not the last resort.
I am literally crying writing this .My 4 year old has had eczema since he was a baby and we have tried EVERYTHING.prescription creams,oatmeal baths,fragrance free everything expensive organic lotions. His little arms and legs would get so red and raw he would scratch til he bled.
My friend mentioned her daughter's skin cleared up after getting shower filter and i thought she was crazy like theres no way its the water right? but at that point id try anything.
Within the first week his skin started calming down.by week 3 his arms were almost completely clear.His pediatrician even asked what we changed.
He doesnt scratch at night anymore he actually enjoy bath time now if your kid has skin issues PLEASE try this before spending hundreds more at the dermatologist the water might be the problem.
I reseached shoer filters for like 2 hours before buying this one the thing that sold me was the water pressure claim because most filters kill your pressure and i wasnt about to deal with that.
the pressure is actually better than my old shoerhead.massage setting is incredible after a long day Installed it myself in maybe 4 minutes no tools husaband wasnt even homr
My skin stopped feeling tight and dry within the first week i have terrible hard water here in Arizona and used to slather on lotion the second i got out now i barely need it.Hairs is less brittle too.
Ordered the 2 pack originally just got a third for the guest bath. Best purchase this year easily.

I want to say that I just love the new water pressure I have with shower envy. It is wonderful. I feel like I've been in a spa when I get out of the shower. Feels like my skin is renewed. When I talked to customer service, Vanessa was so willing to help, knowledgeable and explained just how to put everything together. I can't say just how happy I am to have this new shower head. Try it, you'll see the difference the first time.
