Connecten has been amazing for me and in the nearly 2 years I have traveled across the country with my 5g router I have ony found 2 spots where I couldn't connect. Those spots were WAY off grid and known blackout zones. Tonight Mysti helped me when I traveled to yet a new location and she was super helpful not only in resolving my connection issues, but we made each other laugh when I accidentally unplugged the router and she couldn't "see it". Totally my fault and we both had a good chuckle about that. Now it's connection is once again perfect! I highly recommend Connecten. It even works in the trees when Starlink customers can't see satellites!
The service has been exceptional! As we travel frequently and internet can be unreliable in certain areas, we are thrilled to have an internet provider that consistently finds the best signal and speeds wherever we go. Last night, while our family was about to watch a holiday movie, the internet connection became unstable. I reached out to the support team and spoke with a representative. Not only did she connect us to a more reliable service without any issues, but she also followed up with a message to ensure we were satisfied with the connection and speed. We bring this everywhere and haven't encountered a location where it hasn't functioned. Each time we call, we reach a real person! The representative is excellent at getting us connected to the service immediately. We highly recommend this to anyone traveling with an RV; we absolutely love it.
