I am a bit late in writing this review but that is because we have been super excited about moving into our new house! Rebus has offered amazing services from start till end. I had already been in touch with lots of mortgage advisors before contacting Rebus. Being new to the UK and the entire mortgage process made me really confused. Lee and Joy have been absolutely wonderful in making me comfortable with the entire process. I am amazed at how easy everything turned out to be. I am really thankful to you guys for your support throughout and for answering all my questions and concerns no matter how irrelevant!Highly recommend Rebus for everyone who is new to mortgage!
Neezam and team have literally single handedly enabled our extremely stressful move. My experience with Rebus has been nothing short of fantastic! My mortgage was coming up for renewal in the next 6 months, and with all the uncertainity with interest rates I contacted Neezam for some mortgage advice. Neezam was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process to try and find me the best deal. He managed to secure me a rate I would have been unable to get on my own and it was approved in just over 10 days. Once my mortgage had been submitted, Joy kept me updated every step of the process and was never left wondering the status of my application. Neezam has been absolutely fantastic guiding us through the process of buying our first home, so much more than just helping with our mortgage application. Fantastic service from cradle to completion :-) The team at Rebus were very quick to respond to any queries and were extremely attentive when we really needed them. The process from a legal end was terrible for us the only element of our house move that was seamless was the work completed by Rebus. A credit to the industry, there are still some companies out there that pride themselves on CS and these guys are 100% that.
Considering this was our first time applying for a mortgage and buying a house - we were made to feel nothing but ease. Everything we asked to Lee was answered straight away!
