My experience with Rebus and in particular Neezam and Joy has been second to none. Firstly, Neezam was able to get us the mortgage we needed to get our forever home, which to be honest I didn’t think it was possible for a number of reasons and curve balls which were thrown at him but he managed a mortgage in principle within a day I think and then the full offer within no time at all. Then from then on, be it explaining everything step by step as we are not familiar with the whole process, to arranging surveys, life insurance and also hurrying up the solicitors (which was a constant at one point) I really cannot fault them…. even if I was being really picky I can’t think of anything that they could have done to improve our journey. It’s a stressful enough thing buying a house but it strangely gave us confidence that everything was going to work out well knowing they were in our corner. And they did all of this extra services even after they were paid which is just unbelievable service. It really shows they care and that these guys are more than just mortgage advisors. I have already been recommending them and I will be using them for all of the remortgaging that we will need. I’ll be forever thankful to them.
Rebus is the best company I’ve ever dealt with, hands down! I’ve used rebus a few times over the years and can honestly say how amazing they are, in particular Lee + Joy. When it comes to remortgage time I actually look forward to speaking with them. They really are the biggest bunch of helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly team that you could ever get. During what could be a very stressful time they make things feel so much easier and stress free. Literally, it is the only company (not only in the property market) that has provided such an amazing experience and support. Starting from the initial consultation up to the mortgage procedures. One of the "extra-bonuses", Lee and Joy helped find a proper Solicitor (best in class experience) and were with me during the whole journey, even chasing property agents and seller's solicitors. It's pretty much the feel of a VIP-Premier-Assistant rather than just a mortgage broker. If I could, I'd rate Rebus 6 out of 5. Cannot recommend Rebus more.
