After having a bad experience trying to buy a house previously we decided to go with an independant mortgage broker and we spoke to Ben. On first impressions he was very informative but not pushy. The process took a long time not because of Ben he was very efficient but because we just couldn't find a suitable property. However he kept checking in with us to see if we needed any assistance and to offer advice. He helped us with our mortgage and so it was ready to go when we did find our house. The whole process was smooth and both him and Erika were really good at communication. We are both so pleased with Rebus and don't think we would have become homeowners without their expertise.
