We managed to get the best deal from our existing provider, however, rather than pulling out of helping us what Rebus did was continued to monitor the interest rates over a 6 month period to ensure we got the best deal. We did get the best deal, with our current provider, and Rebus did all the background work for us. This work, and all that time, was provided for free. Yes, £0.00. I cannot say how pleased I am with the help and support through a time when it looked like our costs were going to sky-rocket. The support was so professional. I wouldn't even consider using another company the next time.
We are first time buyers and we’re pretty clueless with all things buying a house. I originally messaged Nadine via Facebook just to see if she could help us and from the minute I sent the message Nadine has been amazing! We honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. So patient. So understanding and just SO lovely. I would recommend her to anyone, especially first time buyers as she just helps you understand every stage of buying. Things that haven’t even related to her job, she has still helped us with. Later In the process we have also had Joy help us. She has assisted a lot with our solicitors and between them I actually feel like they’ve done everything for us. They are honestly great. No matter what they are both always on the other end of a phone ready to help or answer questions. We wouldn’t have coped without them! A massive thanks to them both!
We found Rebus online, and we had Ben dealing with our purchase and this was the best decision we would have made for our mortgage. Ben was so helpful every step of the way, and Joy also relieved all of the stress and helped with chases to our solicitor. We had Ben and Joys help every step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone buying a house because of the service.
