J’ai Commander l’IPhone 13 lumière, satellite 128 GO il y a maintenant un mois Je l’ai pris en bon état, franchement pas déçu par la qualité, quelques rayures, mais rien d’alarmant pour l’état tout va bien. La batterie est à 88% Pour le moment, je n’ai pas repéré de bugs avoir la durée dans le temps, en sachant qu’il est garanti trois ans
Poor services ever.I have a very bad experience. I bought a mobile phone from rebuy and sent it fully packed in original box to replace the display glass. But they sent it back to me in a normal box without changing the glass and with some plastic tape on it. Not only did I send the box and warrenty all the details but I contacted the company management and customer service several times but I have not been given any reply or solution.
very nice until you have to deal with cusomer service, phone number doesn't work, never read and replies emails.bought a fitbit sport watch, didn't worked properly at the first day, I ask to be refund but they are organise in a way you can't communicate with them, they predend doing their job by sending a replacement device but I don't wan't that I just want my money .NEVER GIVE THEM ANAY MONEY YOU WON4T SEE IT BACK IN CASE OF PROBLEM
Stole one of the two phones I sent, claiming it was never in the box even tho I snapped a pictume of the box before sending it. Didn't have a choice, I had to cancel one of the phone to at least get my money for the second one that was obviously the cheaper one. Stay away from those stealing rats.
