Awful company, just wants your item and will half the price it quoted. A couple of my mates used this and told me not to, I should have listened to them before wasting my time with this stupid company!Would not recommend!!!Go to mazuma mobile or music magpie or just sit on your phone, it would be better to be under your own bum than in the hands of rebuy!
I would definitely not use these again. I sent my iPhone to them which was in near perfect condition as it had always been in a leather case with a screen protector. They said it had deep scratches to the case and screen, which is totally untrue. I opted to have it returned and sold it elsewhere.AVOID !!!
So, here is my 3rd review of this company! ReBuy must be one of the worst companies at keeping you informed of what is happening. Just to recap.....I sent 3 iPhones to them for sale. These phones were factory reset and all unlocked. After chasing for an update, I got a message to say they are being returned - reason - phones are locked - 1st untrue response. I was then waiting for the phones to be returned so I could sell to another company that I’ve used before (with no trouble). The phones have not been returned and ReBuy have suggested they are lost??? After posting a review I finally got a response saying they will pay me what they originally offered. They said the money would be in my bank within 5 working days. That was 9 working days ago and no site of any money. I’ve sent 3 emails asking where my money is......guess what......no response!!So, I can only assume they have kept my phones, have no intention of paying for them and that ReBiy is a scam company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
