I had two Wyze wireless outdoor cameras. They were working fine until I added a Wyze doorbell cam. Now, the picture is not good and there is no way to save a video. I called tech support and they were useless. They offered me a $10 gift card for two cams that they would not support. Horrible.

As long as I have had the v1, v2, v3, OG cameras (for over 2 years), they ALWAYS trigger at night when they detect a car's headlights and reports it as a person! EVERY SINGLE TIME!

HOW'S THAT FOR QUALITY CONTROL?????

Are you so incompetent that you can't tell the difference between a human and a headlight? No wonder you get such trashy negative reviews. You gotta be braindead or something. IN 2025 ALONE, I SENT YOU OVER 50 12-SECOND VIDEOS SHOWING THESE HAPPENING!

My husband and I purchased two Wyze v4 cameras after a friend's recommendation. They were reasonably priced. They were easy to set up, and we downloaded the app on our phones. Wyze offers free and paid plans for their services. The free plan included all the services we needed. We like the night vision of the cameras, as the screens are very clear. When the camera detects motion, it notifies our phones. We can photograph and record an event. We plan on purchasing a microSD card for recording. We share the Wyze app with each other. The app includes help and customer support. Customer support helped us resolve an issue twice. It was a great experience. We really like these cameras. We feel more secure having them in our house.

Frustrating experience with customer support.

I had a frustrating experience with customer support. I was given the runaround while trying to reach an agent, and after a lengthy conversation, I was abruptly disconnected because the chat session ended, despite the agent's assurance they would stay on. It felt like they were intentionally delaying their responses. I ordered a camera through a platform but it's not showing up in my order history on either the platform or the website, and I haven't received any email confirmation.

Frustrating experience with the camera's trial offer

I purchased a camera around six years ago but hadn't used it in quite some time. When I needed to set it up again for a pet sitter, I discovered that the service now requires a fee. They offered a 30-day free trial, which I signed up for, but it turns out there's no way to actually activate this trial through the app, and I was charged for a full year's subscription just four days later. This company, founded by former employees of a major retailer, has become a substantial business, yet they seem unwilling to fix this issue. Instead, it feels like they're profiting off those who think they're signing up for a free trial. When I reached out for help, they offered me a mere $3 credit as a goodwill gesture, but only after my subscription ends in almost a year, requiring me to re-enter my payment details. It's disheartening—this feels more like a scam than a legitimate business practice.

Zero Stars if Possible

I would give zero stars if it were an option. The cameras failed within a year, and the company refuses to take responsibility. I'm currently in a dispute with them, and their customer service has been appalling. They offered a small credit for a broken camera, but the exchange rate for my location was ignored. It's been nothing but disappointment with this company.

Disappointment with the Service

I'm very disappointed with the service. As a long-time customer, I recently encountered issues while trying to place a new order and felt scammed. The order went through without allowing me to verify details, and attempts to reach customer support were ineffective. The automated assistance was particularly frustrating. I won't be ordering again, as my experience has been very poor.
