Such a terrible site full of scammers. They never tell you it is a paid site until you try to download the PDF. Only at the time of downloading do they ask for money. If you are someone looking for a free alternative, this site is a scam. It claims to be free, but it is actually paid. Then why advertise as free in Google search? I just found plenty of genuinely free sites with the same features.
I went to this site to do some pdf merging task. I only need one time service and there was on offer of $0.95 for 7 days only. I took that but then I was surprised that they charge me one month subscription 39USD fee after 7-days. So don't be spoofed by that feature and know that they will auto subscribe you until you manually cancel this. To me it feels like I've been scammed. When I try to cancel it on the same day and ask for a refund, they did not refund me.
Paid 0.95 cents for ONE document - never agreed to an ongoing subscription. They have charged me 49 euros yesterday? Now I've received an email saying my refund request for 49 euros has been approved but let's see if this actually happens. I still don't understand how they decide to just help themselves to more money even though people don't subscribe. I had to block my card because of how dodgy this seems.
Auto renewal information is not clearly intimated on the trial offer.
Trial offer for 7 days needs to be valid for 7 days and then it should expire and if the user wishes to avail. He can go for the membership as per the plans.

Unfortunately, a payment of less than 1€ resulted in a subscription of 29€ without any prior notification. The reason for giving 3 stars instead of 1 is that the cancellation bot connected me to an agent who was quick and effective. As for the service itself, it is efficient.

The service is solid, and the platform provides many helpful tools. However, I faced a minor issue: when loading a PDF in Thai, the Thai text fails to display correctly. In contrast, the same PDF opens properly in another PDF editing program. Overall, I value the features and the support, and I hope this display issue with Thai text can be resolved in the future.
