I had high expectations for this store based on glowing reviews from social media and friends, but my experience has been quite disappointing. I placed an order for two rings, but encountered issues with shipping and communication. After several days of waiting without updates, I reached out to customer service, who informed me about delays. Although they eventually processed my refund, the lack of communication and updates was frustrating. They really need to improve their order fulfillment system to avoid such hassles in the future.
