Excellent Customer Service

I experienced excellent customer service from these three individuals, Paisley, Emily and Pasha. Paisley has natural empathy and customer care orientation skills and put extra effort into making sure my delivery of sensitive medical equipment could go well. Emily was pleasant and made sure that information i needed for knowing if a product would work for me was verified with a manager. Pasha was positive and encouraging and supportive in making sure I was taken care of well. This type of customer care is often missing these days and it's especially needed when dealing with medical equipment. I feel totally confident in ordering from Redding - thank you so much for having these people in place to help customers!!
