Great company, great service, excellent communication. I live in the UK and needed to order a stethoscope for my friend in the US. After trying a few Other US companies and being told they couldn’t help me I came across Redding. They were happy to help me with my purchase after a few checks and made the transaction easy. Communication was fast and painless. Would happily recommend them to anyone else.
Very happy with my purchase and customer service. Ordered 2 stethoscopes and only one was delivered. Called customer service and spoke w/ manager. He said he would have to look at camera footage of boxes being packed. I then described the box I received and he agreed it was not possible to fit 2 stethoscopes in it. Mailed the 2nd one out overnight at no extra cost. He handled it the right way. Very pleased and would order again.
All of the equipment I ordered came in as timely a fashion as possible considering this busy time of year. My only comment is that the website could be updated a little bit more thoroughly. 2/4 items were out of stock in the color that I chose and had to be replaced. No worries... color not a big deal.
