I have tried many different weight loss programs and this is the first one to show progress after a couple weeks. I am down 5 pounds so far. I have been eating carefully for years and walk 3 to 5 miles everyday for years as well with no results until now.
First of all, ,the product is not effective for hot flashes nor weight loss.Additionally, I would not recommend ordering through their site. I ordered only a month supply, in order to see how it worked. this cost more per bottle, but I didn't want to pay for multiple bottles if I didn't like it. They charged me for a second and said I was on a one month "subscription. I have tried communicating with customer service, to no avail. I'm out almost $60 additional because of their deceptive practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered in July of 2025 now it’s 10/28/2025. My last 3 periods have been amazing. 2 heavy days then spotting very light for 2-3 days them done. I have been wondering why my period was been different only realized today. I have a period every 23 days so it does take a few weeks to be effective. Loving the shorter period .
