StethoscopeI bought a Opps stethoscope which I do not recommend doing . I returned it. Customer service did a great job but I was out shipping to get it to my house and shipping to send it back. The stethoscope did not seem new despite reassurances from Customer service. I bought a new scope elsewhere and only paid 20 dollars more.
The website is easy to use. I was contacted that my address was invalid, as I have been told in the past, but still get mail. I returned the call and was surprised when I called a person answered, and was the same person who sent the email. I received my stethoscope tubing even sooner than they thought. Will use them again for sure.
I am so happy I made the decision to buy my first stethoscope from Redding Medical! I researched my decision for months and tried to find the best price I could. Redding had the best prices for all the products I was considering, with reasonably priced engraving. Engraving was done within a DAY of ordering. I had an issue with my shipping address and they responded promptly and helped me accordingly. Their customer service was awesome. I ended up receiving my order sooner than expected and was more than pleased with the engraving. I would definitely 100% order from this company again. I will definitely consider for all my medical supply needs.
