Highly recomended company to deal with!

After having looked at too many to count stores to purchase a thermometer, I was able to finally find one with Redding Medical and placed my order. I received a call the next day to let me know that although, unknown to me at the time, my order was backordered and that because they just had a cancelation, my order would be filled. Needless to say I was very happy with not only the communication, but with the customer service! Thank you!!!
