Funny to see all these fake reviews, like they get that many so quickly. These reviews talking so happily how they cancel bookings without taking anything off the top. I booked yesterday. I have been trying to cancel since yesterday but won’t give anything back. They lie and say they never received emails from me to cancel. When you call it says press 2 for English then says sorry th option you pressed doesn’t work. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes last night never talked to anybody. They provide no information to know anything is actually legit. Talked to somebody today an it was absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had. Tells me I can get a partial refund then changes his mind cause I called them scammers and say I can’t get a refund anymore.
James was my agent. He was very friendly and understanding. She helped me and my family out with our trip. Communication was great. Thank you! Also the company THE JERSEY FLIGHTS is great.
Seems they follow a script. Offer a very low price. After booking they call and tell you the price has to go up to get what you already agreed on. Still not a bad deal. My booking was for round trip nonstop both ways. I did get to my first location fine. The day before my return I was emailed a boarding pass. A few hours later I was emailed an updated boarding pass. When in arrived at the boarding gate I was told they were both invalid. They didn’t pay the airline. To get back I had to book another flight that cost far more for one way than I had paid them for round trip. Had 2 transfers and took over 6 hours. I did this on my own as I needed to be back as soon as possible and they only had 1 seat left. I called Jersey Flights the following day and was offered half off in a refund. That left me still losing about $300. I told the representative that I would let my credit card company deal with it.Seems like this is standard for them. Why issue a fake boarding pass in the first place?
First off, the initial agent I was dealing with, Hazel, is no where to be found. I had a previous credit with them for a flight I canceled. Applied the credit to another flight for my gf and I. The flight difference of almost $300 was paid. I did not receive any info about flight until the day prior to travel. Upon confirmation, I was contact by another person, confirming flight info to my destination and assured I’d received return flight tickets the day prior to return. Upon checking in for departure from the USA, realized my travel global entry id was not attached for myself or my gf. She called the airlines to realize they had her wrong date of birth. Now the day before returning back home, I have yet to receive confirmation for my returning flight. I call JetBlue and they have no reservation. My gf had to rebook tickets, with a connecting flight for over $900, and I can not get in contact with the man who contacted me about the booking. Luckily my gf was able to find a last minute flight. I need to get back home to my child and it’s the day before my birthday. Something is very sketchy about this company. I usually don’t use third party and trust I won’t ever again!
After a recent purchase from this company I am very satisfied. They were very helpful and understanding and meet all of my needs. James was a tremendous and understanding agent. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a top notch customer service company.
How easy to book flights and great customer service!! Boarding passes were sent a day ahead. This made it less stressful on me traveling. If I had any questions they were answered. They offered me a $50 voucher for next ✈️ Bryce Miller excellent service!!
