Well I called needing to confirm my booking but to my surprise I was told they go by certain qualifications in florida so of course they change it to another location and gave me other options which wasn't bad. I just hate that they fase advertised but one representative by the name of alijiah Thornton really went far and beyond to help me. She was very informative and had great rapport when it came to customer service.
Aaron Nelon was amazing representative. He answered my questions and he is nice, patient and humble. He took his time to find me a vacation package with my time constraints.
Charles Poole was very helpful when I called in to review my package details. He took his time reviewing everything with me . He had a great personality I could tell he was smiling through the phone 😊 He made booking fun and easy .
I HAD AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE. THEY PROVIDED CLEAR EXPLANATIONS WITHOUT LEAVING OUT IMPORTANT DETAILS. I WAS ABLE TO CALL AND SECURE THE DATES I DESIRED. DURING MY TRIP, I WAS NOT INFORMED OF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES, WHICH MADE ME FEEL PREPARED. THE RESORT I STAYED AT WAS TRULY A 4.5 TO 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. I APPRECIATED ALL THE STAFF WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL, FROM CHECK-IN TO ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS AND PROVIDING EXTRA TOWELS WHEN NEEDED.
Regrettably, we had to cancel a reservation due to a health concern. The representative was fantastic. They handled our cancellation promptly and without any pressure to reschedule. I truly appreciated that. Looking forward to booking again in a few months.

My spouse and I believe it's crucial to share our experience with a reservation service so that other customers know what they might face. We purchased a vacation package in August 2022, reassured that there were no hidden fees and that our only expense would be airfare. Unfortunately, these assurances turned out to be misleading. When we tried to book our trip, the company switched the hotel that had been promised, undermining the value of what we had paid for. Consequently, we had no option but to cancel and seek a refund. We have now spent over three years attempting to recover our money. We submitted refund requests in 2022, 2024, and 2025, and we possess emails and a recorded call that confirm our attempts. Despite this clear evidence, the company continues to evade issuing the refund, instead providing repetitive, unhelpful responses that lead nowhere. This prolonged ordeal has caused us significant stress and frustration, adversely affecting our mental well-being. No customer should have to pursue a refund for years for services that were never rendered. In our view, the reservation service has shown misleading sales tactics, inadequate customer support, and a lack of accountability. Until the company starts honoring its commitments and treating customers fairly, we cannot endorse its services to anyone.
Mary Mccray was SUPER helpful and patient with me trying to book my trips. She was a wealth of information and so sweet and professional. I know you cannot ask for specific people when you call in but you will be lucky if you get Mary! She is a gem!
