Driver's name is Sukhpreet Throws packages, damaging them, and the contents inside! Then takes a zoomed in photo to prove delivery! He never stepped onto the porch, just threw the package at the door! They never ring the Door Bell! (Caught on Camera doing this!) Same driver Delivered 3 packages to the wrong address, one was to a neighbor, that had our phone number. (Luckily for us, we suspect the other 2 he stole!) 4th package was left in front of step in the rain! 5th Package was Thrown hard at the door, hard enough that the contents were damaged and had to be returned! Customer Service was completely unhelpful, and did no seem to give a damn about what this driver does, or the expense of anything he was delivering. We are exploring the possibility of bringing charges against Sukhpreet for Destruction of Property.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Drivers repeatedly damaging my driveway by turning around , ignoring the delivery instructions stating do not turn around in the driveway. I emailed the CEO, Jean -Sebastian Joly and his so called customer service representative, Robert Frejeau and they did nothing to correct the problem, their driver started sending my packages back, and now they refuse to deliver to my address because I asked their driver if he was illiterate or just stupid.. he informed me they don’t read the delivery instructions. The CEO, customer service representative and the driver have the combined IQ of a crayon. This has been an ongoing issue for a year and a half.

All of a sudden Intelcom goes downhill with thier service, maybe they have a problem delivering packages that come from Temu, i always ordered off Amazon with no problems at getting delivered by Intelcom, my first package through Temu and Intelcom cannot scan the package, miss scanning. Don't take it out on the customer if you hate packages that come from Temu.

Poor delivery experience

The delivery service made one attempt and left a note indicating that access to the front door or driveway was not possible. I reached out to customer support and was on hold for an hour. When I began to explain my issue, they disconnected the call. I still have not received my package.

Extremely disappointing service, avoid at all costs.

Extremely disappointing service, avoid at all costs. EVERY SINGLE TIME (no exaggeration) I interact with this company, they claim "they attempted to drop off the parcel". It's impossible to deliver to my location without buzzing my phone, and I always leave a note on my door instructing them to call my number to avoid any excuses. They repeat this for three consecutive days, making me take time off work for the delivery. This has occurred so often that I've been compelled to continue dealing with this company. Their customer support does nothing to address the issue, offering only more falsehoods and zero accountability.

Frustrating experience with the service

I am baffled by the issues with your service. I don't understand why anyone would choose you. An expensive order for Christmas was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. It took more than a month to receive my credit. The support I received when I contacted the offices was terrible. On Friday, I received a parcel meant for my neighbor, and today my order was delivered to another door, which I likely won't see again. 😡

Frustrating Delivery Experience

I reside in a neighborhood where packages are vulnerable to theft if left in plain sight on the porch, and my entrance is visible from the street. I've had packages stolen previously. Not only did the driver throw my package with excessive force, but he also ignored the very clear instructions I provided, which requested him to either knock or attempt to fit the package between my two doors—a space he could have utilized this time. This behavior is quite disrespectful and disappointing. Going forward, I will limit my online purchases or opt for a different carrier that shows more care in their service.

Repeated Delivery Issues

Once again, despite my efforts to communicate with the support team about all the specifics, the delivery person mistakenly left my package at a different address. If I hadn't spotted the service's vehicle, the package I had been anticipating for over two weeks would likely have been lost.

Frustrating Delay with No Updates

I have been waiting since December 11 for a package that is nearby! I called the service and was told it would arrive on the 27th, but that didn't happen because it was sent with the wrong driver. Now it's back in a different location instead of where it should be, and there are no updates on when I will receive it. This is unacceptable, especially since these were meant to be gifts for the holiday.

Consistently disappointing experience with the service

Every interaction I've had with the service in Montreal has been a disaster, particularly with deliveries from online retailers. I’m consistently given a delivery date, yet packages rarely arrive on time. Sometimes they arrive earlier, sometimes later. I have to adjust my entire schedule to ensure I'm home, as if a package is left unattended, it’s always placed at the bottom of my apartment building stairs, fully visible from the street. I've had items stolen because of this. Despite claims of secure delivery, it never occurs, and the courier doesn’t even leave it at my front door.
The provided delivery windows are useless; they never arrive within the promised timeframe and disregard delivery instructions. I fail to see why packages can’t simply be held at a postal location if no one is available. The entire process is managed so carelessly, and I’m finished trying to make sure my orders are protected.
