Ordered custom name Ring …

I had ordered the custom name ring & after few weeks & no shipping confirmation email id contacted regal collective via email. I Received a reply pretty quickly gave my order no & was offered full refund or new ring shipped out. So I opted to have new ring shipped which was done the next day I received shipping dispatch email & the ring arrived two weeks later and was absolutely perfect. The ring is beautiful my fiancé loved it as a surprise. The customer service was absolutely brilliant easy to deal with and problem sorted with no hassle will defo be using this company again.
