Disappointing Jewelry Quality

Unfortunately, the quality of the jewelry is quite poor. The necklace I purchased is misaligned and looks cheap. Customer service claimed it met their quality standards, which seem to be very low. Since it had personalized letters, they won't issue a refund. I frequently buy jewelry for my family and know there are much better options available. I would recommend avoiding this place.

Caution: Poor Experience

I ordered in November, needing it well before Christmas (not as a Christmas gift). It took weeks to get an update from the delivery service, and I had no idea the item was being shipped from overseas, or I wouldn't have ordered. The item didn't arrive, and the delivery service reported it lost! I asked for a refund, but they refused, even though I had already found a replacement gift.
