I ordered a necklace over two weeks ago as a Christmas gift, and here it is Christmas Day and it still has not arrived. Had I known at the time of purchase that your merchandise ships directly from China, I would not have placed the order.Your website is very misleading in this regard, and the shipping origin should be clearly and transparently disclosed before purchase. Because of this delay, the item did not arrive in time for Christmas, which is extremely disappointing.At this point, I expect the quality of the necklace to reflect the wait. If the item arrives and is poor quality—consistent with many items shipped directly from overseas—I will expect a full refund.I strongly encourage your company to be more upfront about shipping details so future customers can make informed decisions.
Absolutely brilliant took a few weeks to come but when it arrived, it had his own little box and was packaged perfectly. As this wasn’t for me, it was a present for Christmas. I’m definitely gonna be buying myself one. Could it be more happier? Definitely go for it. It looks so well-made and presented brilliantly.
