Hello, Is this really all you have to say? You've let go of numerous employees while repeating the same excuses. We are not easily deceived. Your behavior is truly disappointing. Your communication and understanding leave much to be desired, and your spelling is consistently poor. Complaints have arisen from your least favorable properties, not from us. You have faced numerous issues regarding non-payment, which is shameful. You dismissed the last manager, telling her she was working for Satan. I have a screenshot of your correspondence with her. Is this how you treat those who have supported you in managing your properties? This is unacceptable!
The influx of recent 5-star reviews appears to be fabricated. It's clear that employees of the company were instructed to post these ratings on Trustpilot to obscure the reality that their properties are subpar and that guests have had negative experiences.

The flat appears appealing at first, but it soon becomes evident that style was prioritized over comfort. The décor feels cheap, the unexpected deposit requested the day before was unwelcome, and some essentials were neglected: the kitchen tap is installed incorrectly, there’s no bedside lamp or nearby light switch, and the soundproofing is so poor in Flat 6 that earplugs are necessary. It’s functional but seems more designed for profit than guest satisfaction. They also encourage 5-star reviews with the promise of a gift card, which raises some concerns.

We stayed at the Games Room house in a great location with off-road parking for two cars. The house was lovely—well-equipped, comfortable, and warm. The garden outside with a BBQ was fantastic for the sunny day we enjoyed. The games room was a hit, and we had plenty of space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. I noted a couple of minor issues—none that affected our stay—but I reported them to the service, which responded quickly and courteously. It was a pleasure to stay and interact with the staff.
