The new web platform of register karo is basically a badly designed and poorly adopted platform.. it cannot be relied on and communication has to go through other channels. Looks like the platform needs to be redeveloped or fixed. Nightmare for non techy people. I'm from a tech background.
Really worst Legal-Compliance firm, its been every month they dont connect for the GST filling, Recently they have move to App Base from the Whatsapp Group and no one share App details how to share the File.
No Support from the SPOC, Grievance person dont answer not sure why they run the business if they cant support basic things.

I engaged RegisterKaro for Private Limited company registration. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.
Before completing key incorporation steps such as DSC confirmation, name reservation approval, and SPICe+ filing date confirmation, I was repeatedly approached for additional paid services like accounting and compliance packages. However, there was no clear milestone update, defined timeline, or structured action plan shared.
Communication has been inconsistent, responses to emails were delayed, and invoices lacked detailed breakdowns explaining the charges. The lack of proactive updates and transparency caused unnecessary confusion and delay.
Company incorporation is a compliance-sensitive process, and clients expect clarity, accountability, and timely execution. I hope RegisterKaro improves its communication standards, milestone tracking, and billing transparency to provide a better customer experience.
RegisterKaro has been the worst service experience I’ve had. They failed to deliver the promised service and my refund is still pending. Every call ends with “we’ll arrange a callback,” but no one ever calls. There are no seniors available, no proper escalation, and no responsibility taken by anyone.
After I warned them about filing a complaint, my number was blacklisted. I now have to call from different numbers, and even then, they disconnect the call without resolving anything.

I have registered my company through registerkaro and have taken the compliance package for a year. A highly unprofessional way of working led me take my decision to close my company. I approached the Legal team for a resolution post explaining the case. They come up with a package of 20000 in which all the liabilities and legal fees will be borne by registerkaro hence forth till company winds off. Then post paying for weeks there is no communication, Post follow up I have been told that the case is on hold for 2 years and I will have to take a compliance package for 2 years now. I have been trying to find out resolutions by all means but there is no proper communication. Its feels a fraud dealing. Tickets get closed without action or communication. No one is bothered. Its a complete mismangement.
They took they money for LLP registration and Virtual Office and failed to deliver the service on time. They are not ready to give the refund. Luckily, have all the proofs with me. So need to proceed legally, now. Not going back. Will fight for my hard earned money. They also have my personal data and if there is any data privacy issues, will file a case.

I am unable to log in to the RegisterKaro app/portal. I have changed my password multiple times, but it still shows “Invalid User ID and Password” while logging in.
Kindly check this issue from your end and activate/reset my account at the earliest.
My experience with this service has been very frustrating and unprofessional. The representative managing my case lacked even the fundamental knowledge necessary for business registration, such as basic eligibility criteria including age-related aspects and other legal details. Even after I provided accurate information and clarified the situation, the representative insisted on their stance, displaying a dismissive attitude rather than professionalism. Such rigidity and unwillingness to accept verified information is unacceptable in a business services firm. A customer-facing role requires humility, accuracy, and a readiness to correct mistakes, none of which were apparent. Moreover, the service has decided to discontinue "WhatsApp Support" without any customer agreement, forcing clients to switch to their internal portal or mobile app. This change was implemented without prior consultation or consideration of customer convenience. Business owners seek ease in operations, not systems that complicate workflows and waste time. To complicate matters further, upon cancellation of services due to these issues, refunds are not being processed, raising serious concerns about ethics, transparency, and customer rights. Overall, the service demonstrates poor customer management, lack of expertise, enforced platform adoption, and disregard for fair refund practices. This approach undermines trust and must be urgently addressed if the service wishes to retain its business clientele.
