After a failed delivery of tires (order number 31961125), they are still holding funds hostage. It has been over 10 days since DPD picked up the incorrect items. Even though the goods are back in their logistics chain, they refuse to issue a refund, claiming they need to "check" the items first.
Financial burden is entirely on the customer. Because of their negligence, I am now without my money and without the tires.
Their customer service hides behind "warehouse procedures" instead of taking responsibility for a massive blunder. This is not how a professional business operates. If you value your time and money, stay away. I am still waiting for my refund, even though I ordered the tires from them almost 1 month ago.
