I will start by saying that this company, Modello Turbo, is top notch! You will have a fantastic experience dealing with Modello Turbo! I own several pieces from Modello and all are very high quality. My most recent piece that I ordered was a custom Mercedes. It's the first custom car that I ordered through pictures. We had much back and forth communication trying to perfect this car. With every email it showed and was very obvious to me how very concerned they were with every little detail! Modello Turbo customer service is second to none! They are Tremendous! Quite frankly I thought I was kind of pushing it a little bit with my crazy detail but the designers always stayed very kind, concerned over detail and very eager to please me! You don't find this professional quality and kindness with to many companies these days. I have received the custom piece and absolutely love it! It is spot on!
It will not be my last custom car, I cannot wait for my next! Thank you Modello for your time, patience, attention to detail and kindness with my latest custom piece!

This marks my third time buying one of these as a gift, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The item arrived promptly and was well-packaged without any damage. My boss truly appreciates these gifts. The only suggestion I have is for an all-white electric cord to better match light-colored walls, but overall, these are fantastic products, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
