Positive experience. Did not have to contact customer support as tires selection and ordering were simple and clear. No issues with payment and order confirmation too. Tires got delivered in 2 separate packages by DPD right as was scheduled in about week time. Feels to be reliable partner for tires buying in Europe.

Delivered within a week and exactly what I have ordered

Tires I ordered were ~10 EUR cheaper than in other competitor shops available in Estonia, and the delivery was free.
