I ordered a foot renew for my brother who got neuropathy in his feet after cancer treatment He tried it for a month but said it wasn't helping I got in touch with myjuvacare to return the item, it said you had a 90day trial and could return to get full refund Not the case, first, they off 20% refund then 30% refund would not give me the £37.99 that i paid for the itemThey told me it would cost me £25 to send it back, they don't provide pre paid labelsSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM! Refund policy is not posted but they charge $20 for cancelation. Found comparable products on Walmart and Amazon for 20% of their cost. Called immediately to cancel and long delay process and $20 CANCELLATION FEE.
