Called back after order placement to cancel . Said they couldn’t because they needed the order ship number.
I called Bs. Wanted a manager. Said no manager on the floor. I waited for the order number and SHOCKER no answer. I am now in dispute hell. Funny they have 5 stars and only a couple of 1s. Lies. Save your $$$ and time.

This site is one total scam. I rate them minus 1000. I tried to order a shoulder massager but after making the purchase ,rather than completing the sale they put up a video and stated that going back would result in a double charge. I was then forced to watch a 20 minute garbage video of them hawking another product that was $100. At the very bottom of the page you could say no you didn't want it. Guess what I could not get out of their slimy sleazy promotions. They than ran another video - another 20+ minutes. So I called their support # and got an Indian who could only say, I'm sorry about 40 times. By then I was yelling at him, I was so angry. I told him to cancel the order and he replied that I would be charged $20 for canceling it. I told him there was no way I was paying anything to their sleazy company. Of course he put me on the INDEFINITE hold they always do...so I called the credit card company immediateldy and disputed the charge. I have also sent them two messages on their SO CALLED support page telling them how sleazy they are and that the order is to be canceled. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCUMBAG COMPANY. TOTALLY REGRET CLICKING ON REJUVACARE.
I spoke today on phone with Adam of Rejuvacare-Support. He listened to my concern, was professional and at the end of our conversation, he told me that the matter I had called about would be rectified. Thank you Adam!
no product has arrived, being billed for subscription and can't reach anyone on the ,phone support is straight trash and will never use this company again nor will I refer it to anyone,
I spoke to representative Ms Will reference my billing of 42.95 which was explain to me for my monthly subscription. At this point I requested Will to cancel my monthly subscription immediately which she advise me she did and I would not receive anymore month Billings. Will was professional and demonstrated knowledge about the product.
I ordered their products 3 weeks ago and no product showed up. I then looked into their products with my Dr. He said they are overpriced and ineffective. So if checked where they were and after three weeks they are still in China so I cancelled the order and got a AI response telling me to could not cancel the order. They have 90 day return policy .I finally got a hold of a real person and they said it was too late to cancel and I reminded them of the 90 day return policy and told them the product is still in China that I didn't want it . They said is on its way then the told me I'm responsible for return costs. I said but it's still in China and it's didn't want the overpriced underperforming products.
They said I will have to wait until it arrives then pay to have it shipped back without offering me a return slip or cost to ship it back Do not buy this product. I have spoken to my Dr who said it does not work and to people who bought this stuff and ended tossing it out not the trash. I am sorry I bought it.

You also claim 7-12 days delivery. ITS WAY PAST THAT NOW.
refund my original payment and this charge.
If I ever get the unit you can send me a return label.
Please understand that if you don’t do this I will report it as fraud with my CC company and get a credit from them.
I will also be sure to slam you on any reviews not to mention reporting ur company everywhere I can.
