Mike was incredibly helpful. I mistakenly thought this was regarding the weight loss patch sent to me, not a program. I've never logged in anywhere. I sent multiple emails with no response after my initial charge, and I was left unsatisfied. I'm allergic to pepper and didn’t read the details closely, so I figured I'd just give them away. Today, I was shocked to see the charge again. Mike assisted me and clarified that it was part of a program. Who would have known? Not me. Amazing!

I managed to connect with a representative who genuinely took the time to listen and address my concerns. One issue was a refund for a membership I wasn't aware of, and the other is the delivery of my package, which I should know about next week. Frustrating Experience with Unauthorized Charges

I purchased two items for my spouse, and she loves them. However, I used a debit card, and for the past two months, I have been charged an extra $42 repeatedly. It seems you were aware that the bank couldn't reverse these charges. Additionally, there is no customer service number available, as I always get a busy signal. I had to cancel my card due to these issues, which affected my business transactions. If you are not being dishonest, please respond to me and issue a refund for the excess charges!
