Delivery Delays and Poor Quality

Initially, the delivery took over three weeks to arrive. Once it finally got here, it only worked for half a day before stopping completely. The instruction manual was lacking and didn't meet my expectations for a product from British Columbia - Canada, especially since it was made in China. It's cheap and ineffective, and it certainly doesn't live up to the marketing hype. It might serve better as a boat anchor than a medical solution. I've had it for less than a week and haven't been able to use it at all. Additionally, the contact number for the support team leads to an invalid phone. Overall, this feels like a scam product.

I ordered a product and then heard about a newer model. I contacted the company within 30 minutes, but they said it was too late to modify my order. I was told to wait for the delivery and then call to return the original item for a full refund. I emailed them, but their response stated that it couldn't be returned. When I called customer support, they offered a 40% discount but refused to provide a return authorization number or a return label. I couldn’t speak to a manager either. I find the company untrustworthy and I'm unsure about the effectiveness of their products.

Frustrating Experience with Unwanted Charges

I reported being charged $42.95 in November for a monthly subscription for 'support' related to a foot massage unit that cost $40. This feels like a scam. They responded, stating that I would receive a refund and that the subscription would be canceled. However, I noticed another charge of $42.95 from my checking account. When I called, the representative I spoke to was very understanding and mentioned that the cancellation hadn't gone through last month. He assured me he was canceling it now and processing the refund for $42.95. While that’s reassuring, he also mentioned it would take 7-10 days, which is disappointing. If the subscription is indeed canceled and I receive my refund, I will appreciate his assistance.

Misleading claims. Alternative options available.

They were dishonest. This can be found on other platforms. Had I chosen that route, I would have received my refund by now. Avoid purchasing from them. Once they have your payment, they seem unwilling to issue a refund. The individuals responding to calls appear to be automated. Seriously, steer clear of them.

Order placed weeks ago, still no delivery.

I placed my order on Nov 14th and it's now Dec 10th with no delivery. The last tracking update was on Dec 2nd. I requested a full refund or expedited shipping last week, but haven't received anything. There's no pending transaction for a refund either. While the support team is friendly and attempts to help, I keep getting the same response: it's escalated, and I should wait another 24 to 48 hours for an update. I've had to repeatedly reach out for information. I'm very disappointed, especially since I paid for expedited shipping initially, which was refunded weeks later, yet I still haven't received my order.

Exceptional Support from the Representative!

The representative was truly amazing! They assisted me in resolving my order issues and even informed me about a cream I wasn't aware of, which I decided to order too. I suffer from severe bone-on-bone pain in both knees, and I'm hopeful this product will help me delay surgery! :)

Beware of Unauthorized Charges

I made a one-time purchase in August, and it turns out they have been auto-billing me for a product I never received or ordered. I thought I would give it a try, but the company has been taking money from me since then. It's one thing to have auto-pay if you actually send the product, but when they charge my account and don't deliver anything or notify me via email about a "purchase," that's outright theft! I only have the initial email from August confirming my purchase, and I've received nothing since. Don't waste your time on this product, as it doesn't work, and you might end up being billed continuously without ever receiving anything. They are just taking money from you! I've been paying blindly for something that never arrived. This company should be ashamed for exploiting people with unauthorized purchases! If I could give a negative star, I would, because they don't deserve even one star.

Mike was incredibly helpful. I mistakenly thought this was regarding the weight loss patch sent to me, not a program. I've never logged in anywhere. I sent multiple emails with no response after my initial charge, and I was left unsatisfied. I'm allergic to pepper and didn’t read the details closely, so I figured I'd just give them away. Today, I was shocked to see the charge again. Mike assisted me and clarified that it was part of a program. Who would have known? Not me. Amazing!
