I only ordered one item not three.

I only order one itemand after I spoke up about not immediately getting a confirmation on the first order to my horror, I had received this email that shows that another order was made for two additional items that I did not even ordered at all. I tried to call to cancelthis order and ended upspeaking to fake person who said that I would have to pay a restock fee for any returned item. I should not have to pay for a mistake that your company had made. I was so angry about being ripped off that I screamed at the bot on the phone. I hung up and called my credit card company. I didn’t not know what else I could do. I am having a major meltdown over this one Christmas gift I was ordering for my mother. I actually screamed at her for not checking out this company and getting me into this ugly mess. I have autism and can’t handle nasty unexpected surprises very well. I hate being ripped off and taken advantage of. Especially when I am on a low fixed income. I am losing sleep over this hassle. My meltdown and temper tantrums are showing up in the numerous emails I sent you guys. I can’t help but hate your company right now. I should have never had to go through all this stress . I now hate Christmas! I hate people who are all about taking instead of giving. I am disabled. Instead of being loved, cherished and properly cared for, I get treated very cruelly. I am tired of clawing my way through life and have to fight for my rights and what is rightfully mine. I just hate any kind of thief that steals . I am now very much convinced that many people will not enter the kingdom of heaven because the choice to do evil instead of good. You must do right by me for I am a customer. Youmust follow the customer is always right rule. I am right. Plus your own soul depends on it . Even if I had to abuse and hurt you in my angry emails, you still have to do right by me. If your company had only not caused all of the inconvenience that I had to face, you would have been spared of all the nasty emails I have sent you. You could have been spared from my hatred against your company. I don’t tolerate any cheating, stealing or lying from anyone. If I was a parent I would have severely punished any son or daughter of mine for doing these mortal sins. I do expect that second order to be cancelled free of charge. No ifs ands or buts. I have zero patience for any lame excuses people make now days to do wrong instead of right. Another option would be for me to do a hassle free return with the second order where I should get a FULL 100% REFUND. That is the only way for you to do right by me. By the way, I really did not appreciate being offered only a 25% refund just to waver that $20 restock fee. That was a big insult to my intelligence! You should have mentioned the full refund to me to help calm me and assure me that I won’t out any money from what I don’t keep. I had already sent an email to contact this company stating that I will only agree to doing a return instead of cancelling the second order.

Even though I was irritated by a charge, Nia kept very calm and friendly and proceeded to outline the situation clearly. I asked for a refund and to cancel membership which she did with good attention until resolved. I very much appreciated her attitude!

Human vs AI

After trying to deal with your AI (3x) I finally got a human {Jely} to assist me with a paypal billing/refund problem. She understood and was able to look up acct. and remedy the problem. Very friendly especially after doing loop d loops with AI.
