Frustrating experience with excessive offers and hidden charges

The process was filled with endless videos and additional 'offers', turning what should have been a simple order into a 30-minute ordeal. It felt like the ultimate example of misleading marketing. Returning products for a refund was challenging, and I was alarmed by an unexpected charge to my credit account that was later reversed by my bank. No explanations or apologies were provided. I strongly recommend avoiding this service!

The support was very kind and provided great service. They fulfilled the task as expected. However, I now have an issue regarding a charge. Disappointing experience with the service

I purchased two of these items as Christmas gifts for a friend who already owned something similar, so I requested a refund. Despite their 'money back guarantee', my request was denied, and I had to accept only a partial refund. I will not buy from or recommend this service.
