I Hope Others Can Avoid This Experience

RejuvaCare did a bait and switch type of transaction with me. It initially advertised a knee device to help alleviate knee swelling and pain for $134.00. Then, in the upsell videos, it was announced that they will now offer you upgraded knee devices offering infared light. Only after I had purchased the basic models was I made aware there was a more expensive model. I did the upgrade, but found I needed to use another card. When I called the company back, I was told then that the new upgraded devices would cost $294.00 plus the $134.00 I had already paid, and the basic devices would not be shipped. The original cost of the upgraded devices was originally only the $294.00, so the company was basically changing the original terms for increased profit and , in effect, stating they would not ship what I had originally paid for. I will never do business with this company again. I hope this helps someone else to avoid a similar experience.
