The 15 minute video at the end, before you can actually officially check out was ridiculous.

Know one makes you watch an extremely long video before you check out. Got charged 3 times and that shut down my credit card. Need to go to the bank and get a new card and update about 10 auto withdrawal numbers with water, electrical, etc.

Too many videos but Precious Quinones was excellent

I was very unhappy with the time it took to actually complete an order due to all the videos that kept popping up with no way to skip. I sent a message to customer support and Precious Quinones expressed concern over my experience. She asked for details instead of just the standard “we’re sorry you were unhappy”. She deserves 5 gold stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for professionalism and interest in my experience.
