Think its ridiculous that you cant even access the website without logging in, why do I need to give my email address just to simply browse the stock. And every time I go on I have issues saying my email/password is wrong when its the same one ive used for years. Surely this simple reason is causing them to miss out on alot of potential customers
I received the wrong t-shirt with my order. When I reached out for support, I requested the correct t-shirt along with a return envelope for the incorrect one. They asked for a photo and a barcode. I provided the photos, but since there was no barcode included, they informed me there was nothing they could do and ended the conversation.
The service has really declined! I’ve been a customer for years, but lately, I’ve encountered numerous issues related to ordering and payment, only to receive notifications that they can’t fulfill my orders! They cite stock discrepancies as the reason. This has happened three times now. The support team could also use a bit more empathy! I’m uncertain if I will continue using them.
I ordered two pairs of boots and a bag. When the boots didn't arrive, I contacted them for clarification and learned that my order was canceled due to stock issues. I expressed that I no longer wanted the bag, but they sent it anyway and charged me for shipping. My first interaction with this service was frustrating, and I won’t return.
