Review Time
My dementia clock arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged. This was my third attempt to buy a clear digital clock for my wife. At first sight a thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well made device. The simple set-up menu took just a few minutes to work through methodically and the clock was up and running. The other two clocks I tried went in the bin! We'll done Relish!
The radio is really nice looking and the sound quality is very good.I copied all my partners cds on to a USB stick,and saved three of his favourite radio to the other three buttons.Although he wouldn't be capable of operating the buttons himself,he has no capacity now but the nursing home staff be able to put on for him.I know music still sooths him.Support staff at relish were really helpful when I had aproblem,operator error,it is for my partners 80th birthday.I as the operator am 78 and I managed to set up the radio and the USB stick,but had a problem as said before operator error,trying to it to work with the batteries but a friend helped me.
A bit disappointed in the radio. The sound quality is not great for such an expensive radio, and I'm struggling to create a playlist on a USB stick...it's too complicated, and the instructions don't match what appears on the PC screen.
