This company is brilliant, the radio has superb sound and is so easy for an elderly person to use. I recently had to contact them for a problem my side I must add.Samantha is an absolute superstar and she responded speedily and resolved my query within days. Thank you so much and I am so glad I bought my Mum a Relish radio it’s worth every penny for the simplicity and pleasure it gives my Mum. Thank you.
After mentioning I was not entirely satisfied with one of the puzzles due to over cutting on the picture, the reply , apology and swift response to a replacement was excellent. I love the products , totally appropriate for my parents with dementia.
We ordered a dementia radio and music player for my father-in-law as a Father's Day present. It arrived very promptly and was exactly as advertised. Without going into details, I also needed help from their Customer Services. They were extremely supportive and caring. Thank you, Samantha.
The products I received were top quality. Mum has really taken to the aqua painting and it calms her down. I also purchased the bakery magnetic board and she did interact with me whilst talking about it and managed to answer some questions i asked her about bakery pieces. I have yet to introduce the cards and the fabric toy. Amazing so far would recommend to anyone with relatives with dementia.Thankyou
